**Job Description**:
The aim of the Provider Relations team is to **maximise clinical outcomes for our clients by designing innovative solutions to healthcare delivery in the corporate, hospital and private health industries**. You will work closely with clinicians, hospitals, private health insurers and providers to build new and industry leading programs aimed at addressing expanding waitlists, soaring healthcare costs and the deteriorating health of the average Australian.
This role requires a unique skillset of stakeholder management and creative problem solving in a team that is creating industry first programs and solutions.
Our ambition is to be the trusted community based pre-hab and rehab partner of the hospital and health insurance industries in Australia. **Qualifications**:
- Mandatory experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience with contract management
- Experience with hospital relationships required
- Strong relationship management skills and effective communication skills
- Experience with establishing, converting and maintaining relationships with large healthcare bodies

Logistics:
- Office days are Monday + Tuesday at our South Melbourne Head Office
