**In this Head of Industrial Relations role, you will**
- Lead the development and governance of industrial relations execution that aligns to and delivers on NAB's Strategic Ambition, meets our legislative obligations and fosters trust and respect in our customers and community
- Lead the NAB Enterprise Agreement negotiations with the Finance Sector Union, delivering changes to working arrangements, terms of employment and shape of the workforce
- Cultivate and maintain an effective and trusted working relationship between NAB and the Finance Sector Union
- Design policy and supporting process as required to deliver on changes resulting from NAB Group Strategy and Business Unit requirements
- Ensure compliance with employment legislative and regulatory obligations

**What you’ll bring**
- Extensive IR experience in large, complex and fast-paced organisations - preference for financial services experience
- Proficient in negotiating Enterprise Agreements and contractual terms; advanced influencing and negotiation skills
- Confident in managing Union and Government relations and sound working knowledge of our Industrial Relations system, Acts and laws
- Strong leadership skills and able to ensure delivery through others
- Feels at ease engaging and presenting at the Executive and Board level
