**Job Description**:
As a member of the Australian HR Leadership team, you will report to the Australian VP of HR and be responsible for Employee and Industrial Relations. As this is a new role within the team you will be heading up ER/WR Workplace Relations and designing and delivering frameworks, policies, processes, and reporting to ensure best practice. Part of this role will include the education of the business - training and workshops to help build the capability and understanding of this space.
You will be the go-person for advice, and people leaders and HRBP’s will work hand in glove with you as you act as an escalation point for complex matters and Lead/ guide the Workplace Relations & Ethics investigations.
The scope of the role will be to:
- Lead/ guide Workplace Relations & Ethics investigative matters.
- Provide Industrial Relations leadership and operational support for the delivery and maintenance of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.
- Input into the design and development of enterprise People Plan frameworks
- Prepare reports to the executive team and key stakeholders

You will be a career Change Manager and have deep current Australian workplace relations knowledge and experience and would have designed or been part of the design to deliver a multichannel capability in an organization with significant growth. You will be great at fostering relationships with senior leaders and influencing in a complex stakeholder environment. Not only a pragmatic problem solver you will be willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done. A strong believer in the value great employee relations can deliver to the business.
