**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Full-Time Sales Associate plays an integral role in overall store’s success. Reporting to the Store Manager/Store In-charge, the Full-Time Sales Associate is responsible for:

- Represent the Brand towards the customers and collaborate in achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives for the store.
- Induce customer purchases and foster customer satisfaction and loyalty through the provision of exceptional customer service with adequate expertise, according to the company-defined rules for excellence of client experience.
- Support the Store manager/Store In-charge in the running of the store operations.
- Actively promote products and services, upselling when appropriate, and maximising sales opportunities to achieve individual and store sales targets, KPIs and other performance metrics.
- Proactively monitor inventory levels, stock keeping procedures, and ensure merchandise displays are well-maintained and visually appealing while adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and housekeeping standards.
- Utilise the customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain customer profiles, track preferences, follow up on potential leads, address customer concerns and provide prompt and professional resolutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and benefits of Berluti products in the store, and communicate this information effectively to customers while offering personalised recommendations based on the customer's preferences, style, and previous purchases.
- Execute efficient and superior front-of-house and back-of-house operations, maintain exceptional organisational standards and actively communicate store gaps and needs with the Store Manager/Store In-charge.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Highly motivated, dynamic, enthusiastic, passionate, and customer-service-oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills are a must, along with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions accordingly.
- Availability to work weekends is a requirement for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $56,000.00 per year
