We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Sales associates to join our driven and hardworking team. This position will be responsible for the seamless running of our Front of House Operations. With a passion for providing outstanding customer service, it will also be your responsibility to exceed members' expectations. About you:

- Passionate about health and fitness
- The requirement to work a least one day on the weekend
- Have a strong background in customer service/ membership sales
- Experienced in providing motivation, support, and guidance to members
- Strong understanding of member engagement and operational excellence
- Strong organisational skills
- Positive, motivating, and practical communication skills
- Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
- Takes ownership of every role to obtain optimum results
- Experience with KPIs and working towards sales targets
- Flexible to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends

**Salary**: $20.33 - $45.25 per hour
