About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our luxury AV boutique in the heart of Melbourne. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our discerning clientele. This is a full-time position based in our centrally located store in Melbourne CBD.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 4 years in a retail or high-level customer service environment
  • Proactively and creatively expanding your customer portfolio through networking and identifying business development opportunities beyond the store environment.
  • Driven to achieve KPIs and store targets
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills that exceed expectations
  • Experience in the Audio Visual industry is preferred but not essential; a keen interest in the industry, relationship-building expertise, and a willingness to learn are more important
  • Experience in luxury retail sales will be highly regarded
