Within DCS, our three P&C Portfolios support over 13,000 + teammates working across multiple agencies who deliver on our vision to be the world’s most customer-centric government. **A typical day of work for you might include**:

- Provide a range of HR administrative services including human resource information system (HRIS) administration, data management and reporting
- Respond promptly to customers with accurate information on a wide range of HR related enquiries
- Upholding strict confidentiality standards in handling sensitive information
Identifying continuous improvement opportunities, enhancing our service delivery to improve customer satisfaction by assessing and updating methods, procedures and processes
- Actively participate in projects across the team
- Contribute to the development of and compile supporting material for program implementation
- Undertake and support a range of project-related and operational activities, including governance, reporting and risk management

To be successful in this role you will possess a great blend of skills and experience, including:

- A customer centric and people centric mindset
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Great organisational & time management skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office suite. Experience in using HRIS / Payroll systems such as SAP HR would be advantageous.
- Enthusiasm, resilience, and energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ethics and values that align to our customer service driven culture Ability to assist in the drafting, reviewing and preparation of correspondence and PowerPoint presentations designed for an executive audience.
