Through best practice Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), Assure implements professional, innovative and engaging solutions for organisations and individuals that promote productivity and wellbeing in the workplace.

We are currently looking to appoint a fixed term, full time maternity leave contract (10month contract with possibility of extension) Office Manager to be based in our Sydney CBD office to provide a comforting environment for our clients as well as exceptional office management. This is a client facing role with a range of administrative duties.

Specific responsibilities will include

Greeting our clients with warmth, empathy and professionalism

Managing multiple administrative priorities simultaneously

Providing efficient, well organised management of confidential files, databases and diary scheduling

Providing administrative assistance to internal Clinicians and the Regional Manager

Working collaboratively with the wider business to support data entry, invoicing, account reconciliation and reporting requirements associated with Assure clients

Coordinate all matters pertaining to office facilities and their maintenance

Ensure office and kitchen is kept tidy and stocked

Follow HR processes and procedures

To be successful in this role you will possess the following required skills

3+ years demonstrated experience in a similar, customer focused, administrative role in the health / wellbeing or medical industry preferable

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (professional and empathetic) with a genuine desire to engage with our clients

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a wide variety of office support duties

Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with a flexible approach to manage competing demands

Ability to put people at ease who may be distressed

Advanced computer skills with high levels of accuracy in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and CRMs

Proactive and motivated work ethic and ability to work unsupervised

Attention to detail, self-motivated and reliable

Sound understanding of confidentiality principles necessary in a psychology practice

Exceptional ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment
