**About the Role**
As the Manager, Organisational Training, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership ensuring the delivery of the training function is aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best-practise. Whilst prioritising the organisation’s future goals and objectives, you will be a strong leader and advocate for change management in repositioning the Organisational Training framework towards operational excellence. Reporting to the General Manager, People and Culture, and leading several direct and indirect reports, you will take a consistent, structured, and targeted approach to providing efficient, compliant, and first-class training programs, systems, advice, and services.

You will also:

- Facilitate and oversee the development and maintenance of the organisational training quality, governance, and vendor management framework.
- Ensure quality, compliance and return on investment is prioritised through effective management, monitoring and evaluation of performance frameworks.
- Enable sustainable and fit-for-purpose solutions, services, and systems are continually evolved and improved by developing, implementing, and managing technology and reporting systems which underpin the training function and promote optimal efficiency, investment and capability to fulfil compliance and audit requirements.
- Deliver exceptional leadership to your direct reports and oversee effective operations of the Organisational Training Team.
- Lead projects which align to operational objectives and are effective in managing and mitigating risks, monitoring progress and engage resources effectively in alignment with budget, timeframes and achieving desired outcomes.

**About You**
You will be an exceptional transformational leader, with demonstrated experience leading a training function in a complex medium to large organisation. Your experience in embedding organisational change across culture, process, systems, and structural dimensions through your people leadership will be strong as you positively influence and lead the Organisational Training function. You will be confident in your ability to effectively build trust through genuine professional relationships, to create positive cultural attitudes toward the Organisational Training function. A forward-thinker, you will be a proactive and commercially minded individual and embody the values of our client whilst making positive strides toward the strategic and operational goals of the business.

You will also possess:

- Experience in the development and delivery of training strategy as supported by exceptional programs, initiatives, and operational education.
- Formal qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Comprehensive understanding and ability to operationalise legislation, policies, procedures, and practises aligned with industry best-practice.
- Exceptional communication, analytical and relationship-building skills.
