**How you contribute**
- This is an interdisciplinary role with capabilities needed across the employee life cycle including change management. It will involve a high level of collaboration with our Leadership Team and is an ideal opportunity for someone wanting to make a real difference to a growing company’s organisational effectiveness and change capabilities.
**Here’s what we need**:
- Develop and execute our Organisational Development strategy in partnership with the Head of People.
- Design and facilitate the implementation of change management programs to support talent management and cultural & organisational change.
- Contribute to the development of Organisational Development initiatives in response to changing needs, including initiatives related to capability uplift, leadership development, performance management, onboarding, and succession.
- Partner with the leaders to assist with the identification of learning needs and solutions to build capability within their teams and building high performance teams.
- Design and implement employee experience drivers and methodologies to improve engagement and retention.
- Set the direction and provide leadership for the development and implementation of Learning and Development plan ensuring all activity across the Organisation Development and Annual Learning Plans is delivered with a coordinated approach. This involves the management of budgets and resources and the development of innovative solutions to service design and delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of annual DEI calendar and contribute to the development of DEI policies.
- Manage and be key administrator for Emesent’s Learning Management System (GO1)
**How you’ll succeed**:
- Demonstrated understanding the Employee Life Cycle from attraction to alumni.
- Experience in researching and developing best practice organisational development and cultural change, systems and techniques and policies and procedures, including E-Learning and adult learning principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups and to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
- Well-developed knowledge of training techniques and the qualification and skills to product, promote and deliver training programs.
- Change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in coaching and supporting organisational change.
