**Reporting to***:Retail Operations Manager

**Responsibilities**:
As an enthusiastic team leader with excellent attention to detail and a passion for implementing effective processes, the
**Retail Area Manager **will input valuable contributions to ensure the utmost management of staff and resources to achieve goals.
- **Day-to-day operations** - achieve the highest standard in all aspects of business operations and achieve store targets. Proactively manage stores in all aspects of their success including sales growth, profitability and the teams working within them.
- **Employee relations & management** - lead a team of approx. 13 staff for each store across 4 retail outlets. Promote productivity and drive cultural transformation.
- **Customer Service** - Gain and maintain rapport with your customer base and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales targets & budgeting** - maximise sales and profitability by soliciting, identifying and delivering on opportunities for growth.
- **OHS/Food Safety** - managing the safety across designated workplaces, ensuring adherence and compliance to existing policies/standards.
