We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Manager to join our trusted local pharmacy. Working closely with the pharmacy owners, you'll play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day retail operations, leading a small team, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service every visit. Your key responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including ordering, invoicing, and stock management
  • Prepare and maintain rosters to ensure smooth workflow and adequate staffing
  • Delegate roles and responsibilities to team members effectively
  • Manage catalogue promotions, planograms, and merchandising displays
  • Support team morale and ensure outstanding customer care at all times
  • Maintain a high standard of organisation, accuracy, and compliance
