About the Role:
As the Digital Lead for Integrated Energy, you will play a key role in the COO Team and have a lasting impact on Integrated Energy through your digital and project management skills. You will interact, coordinate and gain cooperation with a range of stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

- Project Management and delivery of the Integrated Energy Digital Roadmap
- Lead the Integrated Energy Digital Advisory Network to improve prioritisation and adoption
- Support the COO and CIO by setting up and driving the Integrated Energy Digital SteerCo
- Set up and manage all aspects of risk and governance through the Integrated Energy Digital SteerCo
- Utilise a change management approach, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, training and communications
- Partner with Technology to optimise ways of working

About You:
You will have a history of delivering complex projects, ideally within the Digital space, but your advanced stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively or autonomously, will set you up for success.

What you’ll bring to the table:

- Project management experience influencing and coordinating stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- An inquisitive nature and outcome focused
- Experience in multiple delivery methodologies
- The ability manage objectives, scope, risk, timing, resourcing and budgets
- Strong prioritisation capabilities for process enhancements and projects
