The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes.

About the Role
Over the past 2 years the Division has had a high turnover of staff and has required a strong focus on training and development. The Deputy Registrar is responsible for assisting the TeamLeaders in developing and delivering inductions and staff training.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate, adaptable and able to identify opportunities for improvement.

- have proven experience in building strong relationships with staff, members and stakeholders to understand anddeliver on service needs.
