We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Service Coordinator to join a company in constant expansion located in Mulgrave.

**Your new role**

As a Service Coordinator, you will need to be the first point of contact, understand what type of jobs needs to be provided to the customers and then schedule the right technicians to go on site.

Some of your duties will include:

- Logging service calls into SAP system accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring that service calls are assigned to technicians with all necessary information
- Ensuring jobs are executed in a timely manner and collecting all necessary paperwork
- Approving subcontractor invoices and in-house technician time sheets on time
- Maintaining a good working relationship with clients
- Preparing periodic reports for clients and managing client portals to ensure data ties up with SAP
- Staying informed about products and solutions to provide accurate solutions with the correct parts.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have a strong attention to detail, and like to work in a faced paced environment.
- Strong Customer service experience
- Scheduled technicians or services before
- Able to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a real sense of urgency
