About the Opportunity

Service Stream’s Telecommunications division are currently seeking Workforce Schedulers to join our growing company.

Nature of position: Casual

Location: Melbourne, Victoria

Reporting Line: Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for providing a proactive interface between Service Streams subcontractor workforce, our client, and end users while ensuring that all available tools are utilized to meet our delivery KPI’s. Including:

- Providing Service Stream’s sub-contractors work force with accurate information, advice and solutions in-line with WMC processes and guidelines.
- Liaising with sub-contractor groups, management and client teams on solutions to difficult or complex work orders and when a work order is a risk of failure
- Ensuring work orders are accurately maintained, updated and completed in Service Stream systems.
- Guiding and educate the sub-contractor workforce on work order completion requirements and standards
- Receiving and respond to non-verbal communications within agreed service levels or as outlined within relevant processes
- Other duties or activities that are relevant and reasonable and as directed by the WMC management team.

About You

In addition to the above, we require an individual with:

- A sound knowledge of the Telecommunications Industry with a focus on the NBN project is desirable but not essential
- The ability to communicate effectively and professionally (verbally and written)
- Intermediate computer skills to navigate a variety of different computer programs
- Highly attentive to detail and maintains good time management skills
- Be prepared and able to work within a dynamic, high volume, fast paced environment
