Art of Smart Education is currently seeking a Campus Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team at either our Norwest or Hornsby Campus. As a key member of our organisation, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our students and parents. **About Us**: Art of Smart is a renowned tutoring and mentoring provider for students in Years K-12, dedicated to assisting 1 million students in answering the question, "What am I going to do with my life when I finish school and how do I get there?" With a successful track record spanning 15 years, we are committed to empowering students and helping them achieve their goals. **Responsibilities**: - Establish a welcoming and supportive environment at the Norwest or Hornsby Campus by engaging with parents, students, and tutors to address their concerns and resolve any issues. - Perform day-to-day operational tasks, including feedback calls, printing class materials, data entry into spreadsheets, and maintaining campus cleanliness. - Coordinate internal staff communications to ensure smooth functioning of our systems. - Collaborate and coordinate with external partners, contractors, and suppliers. - Utilise your skills and experience to contribute to the growth and success of the campus. - Answer incoming phone calls promptly, professionally, and courteously. - Assist in scheduling and booking students for tutorials and classes, supporting our teaching team. - Responsible for opening and/or closing the centre before and after operating hours. The expected workload for this role is 10-15 hours per week.
