INTELLIWORX Managed IT a fast-growing MSP with offices in Sydney, London, Chicago and Auckland. We provide our mid-tier enterprise and multi-national clients design, management and support for their information technology infrastructure. We also have extensive with cloud infrastructure that we operate around the world - with specific focus on leveraging Microsoft Azure. We are currently looking to expand our team to accommodate our exceptional business growth.

**Inside Sales Representative - About the Job**

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative. You will have commercial experience in an IT company selling Microsoft products and assisting clients over the phone and in person. You will support the Managing Director and the sales team on sales tasks and inbound sales requests.

Excellent communication skills are essential.

**Requirements**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Generate quotes, contract bids and process orders internally.
- Assist with Sales processes, data & marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM and ERP systems.
- Managing orders and deliveries, ensuring products and services are delivered when we promise.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio, technology, and benefits to effectively articulate sales in progress.
- Current Australian Citizenship or PR.

**We are looking for people with the following qualities**:

- 12 months or longer experience working in the IT industry.
- Reliable and dependable.
- The ability to take the initiative and work unsupervised.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills both verbal and written.
- Dedicated, hardworking, and a self-starter, be proactive use initiative.

**Benefits**

Salary $70,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
