The NSW Department of Education has contracted KU Children's Services to deliver the Sector Capacity Building Program (as part of the Preschool Disability and Inclusion Program) to preschools in 8 regions across NSW.
We are looking for a teacher (degree qualified) who has significant experience with including children with disabilities and additional needs, who can coach and mentor preschool educators to reflect on their program and environment to implement strategies to improve the quality of inclusive practice at their preschool.

**Of course, you will need**:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or above
- Demonstrated current knowledge of the early childhood sector, including knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
- Capacity to share inclusive practices and collaboratively plan to solve inclusion barriers
- Significant experience working in early childhood services and including children with disabilities and additional needs
- Advanced understanding of child development
- Demonstrated understanding of adult learning
- NSW Employee Working with children check
- Effective oral and written communication skills that enhance a collaborative and capacity building approach in working with preschool educators
- Ability to facilitate change of practice through the use of critical reflection and use of a strengths-based approach
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and the ability to respond positively to change within the work environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with using standard computer software, such as Microsoft Office
- Current driver’s licence and use of a comprehensively insured, registered motor vehicle
