KU Children’s Services (KU), in partnership with Include Me (part of Big Fat Smile Ltd), receives Australian Government funding to operate the Inclusion Development Fund Manager (IDFM). The IDFM is the single national organisation responsible for management of the Inclusion Development Fund (IDF), which is a key element of the Inclusion Support Program (ISP). The ISP supports early childhood education and care (ECEC) services to build their capacity to implement and embed inclusive practices and include children with additional needs alongside their peers.

**The Role**:
This opportunity within our passionate IDFM team will suit an Administrator/Customer Service Professional with excellent communication skills, looking for an impactful role that aids in ECEC services accessing funded support to include children with additional needs in inclusive environments. The core functions of the role are as follows.
- Respond promptly and effectively to queries from ECEC services, Inclusion Agencies (IAs) and other stakeholders.
- Process Audits and undertake other required compliance tasks to support appropriate access to funded support, in accordance with the IDFM Policy and Practice Framework.

This position is available as a result of increased demand for funded support through the Inclusion Support Program and will see you working **Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day) accruing a monthly rostered day off, offered on a 12 month fixed term contract due to current funding - with likely extension.**

The position will be based between our IDFM Office in the heart of Sydney’s CBD and working from home.

- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and use multiple online systems
- Ability to work efficiently and meet multiple deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel, including use of spreadsheets for data collection
