**Your Mission and the Adventure**:
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to become our Business Operations Specialist. This role is at the heart of our organisation, ensuring efficiency and compliance across all aspects of our business. Your immediate value add will be assuming responsibility for financial planning and management, HR support, and general business administration and coordination.

You won't be conducting symphonies or striving for perfect timing, but you will be making a significant impact in our world. At times your days will be carefully planned and you’ll work through your to do list, but there’ll often be times when your plan will go out the window and you’ll need to switch your focus and dive into something that has come up unexpectedly. Being able to adapt quickly and being comfortable operating in the grey is important. Your contribution to our organisation will no doubt reduce the chaos, but you have to be okay operating within it. Your confidence to proactively manage your remits and organise and innovate the way we are doing things will be welcomed and encouraged.

**Eligibility**:

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Finance or Accounting major) or a Business Degree with a diploma in Finance or Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an understanding of Xero.
- Must be an Australian citizen and ideally hold a Baseline clearance.
