**Job Description**:
We have an opportunity for a PMO Operations Coordinator to provide support within our Defence Digital Services & Support (DDS&S) division.

Reporting to the PMO Business Operations Manager and working collaboratively with a high performing team, you will have the opportunity to build deep understanding of the organisation while supporting enabling functions and senior executive.

In this role, you will perform a variety of activities. Some of which includes:

- Process consolidation and improvements, develop and uplift procedures.
- Provide secretariat support to various compliance meetings including the development of supporting materials, minute taking and circulation
- Support management and coordination of compliance requirements per contractual obligations
- Support Program Change Control activities
- Coordinate input to Program Reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Maintain the program Resource Management tool

**About You and What You'll Bring**
- Previous professional experience as a senior Administrator or Coordinator.
- Professional experience within an IT setting highly desirable
- Experience working in a high paced environment and adaptable to change.
- Developed Stakeholder management and communication skills
- A can do attitude and willingness to learn
- Professional experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint)
