**Please Note:This Opportunity is for a One (1) Year Fixed Term Contract**

Reporting into the Manager Information Systems, the Systems Analyst will be responsible for the gathering of requirements and business process analysis in supporting the implementation of system improvements for Rail Projects Victoria. The role requires collaboration with the key project partners, including technology and project delivery teams.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Assist developers and delivery teams with data analysis and support to enable successful implementation of newly designed processes.
- Develop process models that include functional specifications, diagrams, and user stories to provide direction to developers on actionable steps.
- Undertake and contribute analysis to the project team on any project related matters and communicate with project team members for prompt resolution of any project issues

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Three+ years proven experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to take a concept and design a visual prototype using Figma or similar tools.
- Ability to work in a methodical manner and prioritise tasks in a team environment.

**Qualification**:
Bachelor (or higher) qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline and/or extensive relevant experience.
