**About The Role**
As the NDIS Client Support Officer & Administrator, you will play an integral role in providing direct support to the Managing Director & the wider team, clients & their families & the community to ensure that the highest quality of service is being delivered.

You will support & conduct a variety of administrative functions and tasks, prioritise requests from the Director and ensure that correspondence are dealt with professionally and promptly, efficiently manage the admin system, provide exceptional customer service & more.

**Key Selection Criteria**
- NDIS knowledge essential, either lived experience or working in the NDIS industry
- Demonstrated work experience in a busy and dynamic environment - preferably in NDIS/Disability/Healthcare
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships
- Excellent general administration skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skills
- Passion for supporting people with a disability
- NDIS training module certificate
