**The Opportunity**

HCA's are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Administration Assistant** to join the team. This will be a permanent Full Time role based in our **Revesby** office.

This exciting role will have you providing end to end administrative support for the Revesby branch. If you are looking for a role with ongoing professional development and the next step in your career then this is the role for you.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Monthly WHS & QA Processes - Workplace audits & inspections, WHS meetings, Injury and incident, hazard and KPI reporting, WHS Plan actions etc.
- Monthly branch tooling and maintenance of facilities
- Maintain branch registries - vehicles, security, uniforms, mobile phones, laptops etc.
- First point of contact for incoming phone calls
- Raising POs and matching invoices.

**To be successful in this role**:

- Demonstrated administration experience 2+ years in a similar role across WHS, QA and administration functions including AP / AR experience
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- High level of customer service
- A positive friendly nature and exceptional customer service skills and
- A can-do attitude with a passion to finding solutions
