Monash Health is excited to announce an opportunity to work with our Allied Health WISER Team in a key professional governance role. The Allied health assistant and Support Workforce Advisor role:

- works within the WISER Team, a high performing and collaborative team environment
- fosters a team approach to allied health assistants working in all areas of A Monash Health
- works with the Chief Allied Health Officer and the Heads of Profession to provide strategic leadership to the Allied health assistant workforce at Monash Health
- collaborates with external stakeholders to influence consistent training and practice for the Allied health assistant workforce

**About The Role**

The Allied health assistant and Support Workforce Advisor role:

- fosters a team approach to allied health assistants working in all areas of A Monash Health
- works with the Chief Allied Health Officer and the Heads of Profession to provide strategic leadership to the Allied health assistant workforce at Monash Health
- collaborates with external stakeholders to influence consistent training and practice for the Allied health assistant workforce

This is a part time ongoing role.

**About You**

You have been developing your management and leadership skills and/or you are an accomplished clinician with over ten years experience in health service delivery and you are ready to take this next step in your Career. You lead by example, thrive working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and are truly passionate about delivering a high standard of evidence based care to all patients. You are an advocate of Monash Health’s Strategic Guiding Principles

What You Need:

- Allied health discipline qualification
- Demonstrated relevant experience in health care settings
- Current AHPRA registration if applicable
- Current Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Australian working rights
