A new opportunity now exists for an experienced **Account Executive** to join our team responsible for **Corporate and Government** accounts at Experteq.

Your primary focus will be on deepening and expanding relationships with current clients to enhance our value-add and drive long-term business growth. You will represent our comprehensive portfolio of solutions, identifying opportunities to align our offerings with clients' evolving needs. With your strong technical acumen, you will engage in roadmap discussions to ensure our solutions meet future needs and strategic objectives.

You will collaborate closely with the Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams to develop tailored strategies that drive client engagement and increase account penetration. While focusing on deepening existing relationships, you will also support overall revenue growth by ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

As a key point of contact for clients, you will ensure their expectations are consistently met and exceeded, fostering sustained partnerships integral to our companys growth strategy in the sector.

**What You Will Do Here**
- ** Expand and Nurture Client Relationships**: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to deepen and expand relationships within our existing client base, focusing on the Corporate and Government sectors.
- ** Strategic Account Management**: Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase service adoption and expand our footprint, leveraging opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our offerings across Trusted Cloud & Infrastructure, Trusted Workspaces, and Trusted Data.
- ** Client Engagement**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring quick and effective resolution of issues while maintaining exceptional levels of client satisfaction.
- ** Technical Collaboration**: Work closely with Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams to engage in technical roadmap discussions, aligning our solutions with clients' long-term objectives.
- ** Strategic Partnerships**: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players and vendors to enhance our service offerings and support client objectives.
- ** Contract Management**: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and strategic partners to secure terms that support both service delivery excellence and financial goals.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, contributing to client engagement and account expansion activities.

**Who You Are**
- **Experienced Professional**: You have at least 7 years of experience in IT services, with a strong focus on sales, client engagement, and strategic account management, particularly within the Corporate or Government sectors.
- **Proven Track Record**: You've successfully worked as an Account Executive or in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to land new business and grow existing accounts.
- **Client Relationship Expert**: Your background in client relationship management and strategic account management is solid, and you excel at cross-selling and upselling diverse services.
- **Visionary**: You possess the vision and strategic thinking skills, essential for driving sales growth and fostering strong client relationships.
- **Excellent Communicator**: Your interpersonal and communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to manage diverse stakeholder relationships and ensure clear, effective communication.
- **Analytical Problem-Solver**: You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to oversee complex technology integrations and develop strategic client solutions.
- **Project Management Pro**: You're proficient in project management and multitasking in dynamic environments, ensuring timely and successful execution of initiatives.
