Some of the major aspects of the positions, will be responsible for the management of internal and external Major Projects documentation in accordance with project specific requirements and for the maintenance, governance and operation of the Major Projects instances and associated procedures, guidelines, and peripherals

Some key responsibilities include:

- Maintain the document management system for Major Projects
- Coordinate all activities related to the document control
- Support and facilitate the project document process for the project execution team

Ideally you will have experience of working in the infrastructure or construction project environment, with experience gained in document control, with a sound working knowledge of systems, preferably Aconex.
