Overview

Agricultural Project Managers are responsible to manage all project activities, including customer relations in a design/build setting, assemble and direct the project team including superintendent, purchasing, and subcontractors. Agricultural Project Managers control project budgets, resources, schedules, and close out. Agricultural Project Managers coordinate and lead project meetings and documentation thereof. Some travel may be required with this position depending on project location (typically the midwest).

Responsibilities

Manage all project activities in a design/build setting; coordinate and lead project meetings and maintain project documentation; assemble and direct project team including superintendent, purchasing, and subcontractors; manage project budgets, resources, schedules, and close out. Some travel may be required depending on project location (typically the Midwest).

Qualifications

Successful candidate will be well versed in verbal and written communications, Project Scheduling Software & MS Office at a minimum. Familiarity with construction terminology and documentation. Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or related field. Minimum Associate’s degree in the Construction trade is preferred.
