**The Role Description**

**The successful applicant will provide visa consultancy in the following areas**:

- **Student visas, GSM, Partner, 482, ENS, RSMS, AAT, RRT and all other visas and would be responsible for conversions and enrolments.**

**Duties as a Migration Agent**
- **Deal effectively with new and existing clients.**:

- **Provide timely, variety of accurate and professional migration advice.**:

- **Enter and maintain client information in the system.**:

- **Ensuring visas are prepared accurately for lodgement to the DHA.**:

- **Building the firm's customer base and reputation through top-tier service**:

- **Ensuring all weekly follow-ups are completed on time.**:

- **Continuously building and expanding knowledge base and research**

**This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC, or other cities in Australia, with the flexibility for some remote work.**

**Qualifications**
- **Current registration with OMARA | Valid MARA Licence**:

- **Immigration Issues and Visas**:

- **Expertise in Immigration Law and Regulations**:

- **Consulting and Client Relationship Management**:

- **Global Immigration Knowledge**:

- **Excellent communication and people skills**:

- **Mindfulness and strong analytical skills.**:

- **Ability to work independently and remotely.**:

- **Experience in the education or migration industry is a plus.**:

- **A graduate certificate in Law, Migration Services, or a related field**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract, Temp to perm, Contract, Internship
Contract length: 60 months

Pay: From $54,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 39 per week
