The Executive Coordinator will provide support to the Newcastle leadership team including the CEO, COO and CFO. In this exciting and diverse role, no day will be the same. You will have the opportunity to work closely, shadowing the senior leaders within the business. **What you’ll be doing**:
- Provide high quality and confidential support to the Leadership team;
- Diary management for the CEO, COO and CFO, includes scheduling meeting bookings, liaising with meeting attendees;
- Lead the management of regular Board reporting and documentation;
- Manage both domestic and international travel bookings for relevant team members;
- Prepare, edit, collate and maintain company documents as required;
- Proactively manage office supplies, office contracts and building management;
- Act as First Aid Officer, Fire Warden and WHS representative for the Newcastle office and ensure workplace is compliance with WHS Act;
- Contribute to writing and reviewing company reports, policies and guidelines - Strong writing skills are essential;
- Assist in planning, preparing, and executing monthly Company Townhalls;
- Support the People & Culture Team with ad-hoc duties as and when required;
- Collaborate with the other EA’s in the business to support efficient and effective work processes, communication and team working environment; and
- Be highly organised, agile and adaptable to changes in priorities.
