This is a newly created role which will see you work directly with the Executive Assistant to the Founder - trust us when we say it's not every day that these positions arise The EA who you'll have the pleasure of supporting is vibrant, positive, warm and engaging - you would be hard pressed to find a more 'glass half full, not half empty' attitude - we are seeking someone to match not only their energy and drive, but their down to earth attitude.

As their right-hand you will ensure that all tasks for the Founder are completed to a very high standard. There will be plenty of chasing, following up and coordinating - all whilst juggling a multitude of other tasks business related tasks. You don't necessarily need to have worked in a corporate admin role before as they are willing to train the right person. They simply need to identify the resilience and strength of character so they are confident you'll make it through the big days

**The nuts and bolts**

Handling a support role in an extremely fast-moving business is no walk in the park. You'll be braced and ready to tackle the below on a daily basis...
- Following up with internal and external stakeholders - you need to be confident on the phone and not afraid to use your initiative
- Coordinating contracts and other important documents, ensuring they are saved to the right folders and uploaded to DocuSign etc
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure reports and data are up to date
- Being a direct extension of the EA and Founder - polished and well presented at all times, able to greet investors who may visit the office from time to time
- Liaising with property agents to gather information packs on potential and current investments
- Using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to create, edit & modify documents as required
- Assisting the wider office with general coordination as required (organising suppliers, supporting with events, birthdays, staff drinks etc)

Each day will be different, but that is what makes you tick You're not looking for a role where you're given a few menial tasks to get you through the day (which draaaags on and onnnn) - you want to be thrown into the thick of it and be pushed out of your comfort zone. You are NOT afraid of a challenge, and you don't give up easily. You want to fulfill your potential and become the best version of yourself
