All based in Richmond, our three venues Glasshaus "Inside", "Outside" and "Brucke" provide a stunning backdrop to celebrate. We require an experienced, customer-focused supervisor to join our team in a casual position. The wedding supervisor role is a casual position, responsible for providing excellent customer service to our couples on their wedding day and for leading our Floor Staff. The Wedding Coordinator role involves: - Ensuring that each wedding runs on time & following instructions contained in the couple’s wedding schedule - Assisting our couples with their wedding ceremony - Leading our floor staff team during wedding receptions - Providing excellent customer service to our couple’s on their wedding day - Supervising food & beverage service The Wedding Coordinator role requires: - An interest in the wedding / event industry - Strong attention to detail - Ability to follow a detailed wedding schedule - Friendly & engaging manner - A focused attitude to customer service - Ability to lead our team to ensure that events run to schedule - Ability to communicate clearly with kicthen and management - Excellent personal presentation - Current RSA Certificate - Current First Aid Certificate Previous experience in the wedding or event industry, or an Event Management qualification will be highly regarded. We also provide extensive on the job training. The Wedding Coordinator role involves a mix of weekday, weekend & evening shifts.
