THE JOB - FOOD AND BEVERAGE ATTENDANT

We are looking for great people to join our team across our busy venue as Casual Food & Beverage Attendants (RSA REQUIRED) We are looking for honest, hard working people of any age, background and levels of experience. For us, its more about how you fit within the team and a good attitude, the rest we can teach

You must be available to work Friday, Saturday and some Sundays of varying hours, however as we are residential we do close at the very latest Midnight, so no working into the early hours And while weekend work is the business we are in, we offer flexible rostering when needed as we want work life balance to be a priority.

We pride ourselves on offering pub food done really well to our local supporter base and large event day trade, being located in the shadows of the MCG, as well as our ability to provide an upmarket dining experience in our dining room.

THE JOB - DINING ROOM SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a waiting superstar for our Dining Room, some who is a skilled Waiter or Waitress and supervisor to take ownership of our small dining room. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role. Responsibilities include greeting, seating and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill as well as supervising and leading other staff while assisting you. If you are able to perform well in such an environments, we’d like to meet you. To be successful in this role, you will have great relationship skills and be able to build a report with our “Regulars”. You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly, ultimately, this role is to provide an excellent overall dining experience.

This particular role also comes with set hours listed below and while weekend work is the business we are in, we offer flexible rostering when needed as we want work life balance to be a priority.

Wednesdays 4pm - 10pm or Required

Thursdays 4pm - 10pm or Required

Fridays 12pm - 10pm with 1 hour break

Saturday 4pm - 10pm with 1 hour break* Will change depending on Event Days at the MCG

Sundays 12pm - 4pm with 1 hour break* Will change depending on Event Days at the MCG
