Our Corporate Head Office located in Tomago is seeking a professional and service-orientated Personal Assistant. You will effectively and efficiently provide high level support to members within the Senior Executive Team. The role provides a range of services including executive support, travel, reporting, correspondence, event management and special projects.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

You will be a significant point of contact for Ampcontrol customers, suppliers and are therefore the face and voice of Ampcontrol.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Prioritising workloads and requests within the agreed standards and timelines
- Identifying emerging issues and events in need of organisation and attention as well as initiating appropriate action.
- You will also exercise discretion in regard to visitors, callers and requests for information and work independently to achieve deadlines.

This role is pivotal as a coordinator to gather and transmit information to ensure the Executives are informed about ongoing management issues and workflow priorities. The role requires someone who is 100% committed to providing high level support.

**YOU'LL NEED THESE TO SUCCEED**

Your natural inclination to perform work to a high standard, and willingness to work cohesively with your peers will be complemented by the following:

- Qualifications in business administration or a similar field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in providing high quality executive/personal assistance
- Minimum typing speed of 70 wpm with 95% accuracy
- Motivated self-starter who doesn’t shy away from a challenge and thrives in a fast paced, professional and friendly team environment
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
- Experience collecting, analysing and presenting information in a meaningful manner
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and discretion
