**About the Role**:
In this role, you will support a range of production activities, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. The position involves physical work in outdoor environments and requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform work duties as a Production Operator in line with project requirements
- Provide support to Trades Assistants and Electricians on-site and in the workshop
- Assist with preparation and delivery of materials required for jobs
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Organise personal workload and prioritise tasks efficiently
- Take ownership of your own work-related learning and upskilling
- Participate in toolbox meetings and adhere to all safety protocols
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in a hands-on or production-based role (preferred)
- Forklift Ticket
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Ability to use hand and power tools confidently and safely
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Available to commence work in early June
