**About the role & Company**
Our client is a reputable national retail business who is searching for an experienced Shared Services Manager to join their team on an immediate basis and manage the Accounts Payable, Receivable and Accounts Administration functions. Working within this supportive and positive workplace, this role will be suited to someone who is searching for their next leadership position and possesses management experience.

**The Responsibilities**:
Reporting directly into the Financial Manager your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

- Managing the groups accounts receivable function to ensure that overdue debtor targets are met.
- Managing the accounts payable team, ensuing that suppliers are paid on time and accurately.
- Provide monthly forecasting on cash flow and balance sheet accounts
- Analysis of all transactions processed via the expense management system
- Demonstrate leadership support for all Departmental initiatives and organisational development activities, modelling expected behaviors to managers and staff to create a desired workplace culture
- Provide strategic and intellectual leadership within the Branch to grow and build the operational capability by seeking continuous improvement
- Lead high performing teams through coaching and mentoring, to build and grow operational capability
- Act as a SAP super user

**The successful applicant**
- Previous experience as a Shared Services Manager
- Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders and finance staff
- High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers
- Natural born leader, excellent communicator and proven process & change improvement and transformation
- SAP system experience
