**About the role**:
Join our dynamic team in **Mayfield New South Wales** as an **HR Shared Services Administrator**. This full-time, permanent role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in HR administration and customer service. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administration of the HRIS, including adding and updating employee records
- Manage signed contracts and coordinate with payroll
- Handle terminations and assist with relocation bookings
- Coordinate temp-to-perm transitions and arrange medicals
- Request and manage letters of offer
- 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in navigating online platforms and HR systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks
**Key Benefits**:
