**Introduction**:
**The role**:

- Build and maintain relationships and networks across all relevant sectors, identifying leads, creating brand awareness.
- Ability to travel when required.
- Working with the Senior Leadership team, develop and implement strategies for growth.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, tender and grant opportunities, partnerships, and marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and data analysis.
- Work with the BD team to identify and respond to competitive tenders.
- Assist with the development of future service delivery model design.
- Lead the implementation of new business.
- Maintain and promote organisation reputation with government department and stakeholders.
- Responsible for accountability against KPI’s and Targets

**Description**:

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks, ideally with strong.

connections across the not for profit and private sector.
- Demonstrate cultural competency and an understanding of Aboriginal community protocols and cultural responsibilities.
- Experience in or ability to develop business plans/marketing plans and/or tender/assist with grant responses.
- Experience within or strong appreciation of the NDIS and or Employment Service sector
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to undertake a National Police Check
- Willingness to obtain NDIS National Workers Screening Check

**Skills and Experiences**:
**As a bonus, you will have**:

- Experience with user experience design/design thinking methodologies.
- High level of understand of Microsoft suite.
