We have an exciting new opportunity to help a new pilot here at The Kids Research Institute Australia, Inklings Inklings is an innovative early childhood program within The Kids Research Institute Australia for babies aged 6-18 months who are showing early differences in their social interaction and communication development. We are seeking a new Stakeholder & Engagement Manager to provide effective support across the Inklings team to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to foster engagement across Australia.
As our new Stakeholder & Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engagement strategies to foster stakeholder relationships and ensure community awareness by increasing engagement with the Inklings program and state pilots in WA and SA. You will enjoy working within a highly motivated and dynamic team to deliver results utilising your extensive experience in managing complex projects, ensuring the smooth functioning of the program, its promotion and service delivery.
You will find this role full of variety and responsibility. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Organising and coordinating meetings, events and activities to engage stakeholders.
- Positively promote Inklings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Aboriginal Engagement Officer to ensure the program is culturally sensitive, appropriate and accessible for the Aboriginal community.
- Reviewing and monitoring referrals and expressions of interest numbers in the Inklings program, to prioritise marketing and community engagement based on requirements and meeting targets.
Conveniently based in our offices Subiaco and Joondalup, this role will be offered on a full-time basis.
***About You**
***To be successful in this role you will have tertiary qualification in business, health, marketing or equivalent and have relevant experience in a similar role: along with the following skills and experience:
- Excellent organisational skills, flexibility and ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated skill in data analysis, critical thinking and problem solving.
- The ability to foster and retain productive relationships with all key stakeholders and staff.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.
- A high level of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural awareness and commitment to ongoing learning.
