As a global leader in their specialist Technology field, this organisation is experiencing significant growth in Australia. As a result, an exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Customer Account Coordinator position based at their modern and innovative office in the CBD.
The Customer Account Coordinator is an office-based support role working closely with the Sales & Marketing team. This role will involve fulfilling inbound and outbound sales opportunities in support of the state-based sales teams. The role will manage the inbound lead traffic and customer enquiries as well as support the sales team with the order and quotation process. This role will suit someone who is technology savvy, has a motivation to learn the sales process, as well as seeking the opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast paced team environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Sales Team with the quote and order process via Salesforce CRM.
- Manage inbound existing and new customer queries.
- Own existing customer quotation requests.
- Ability to connect with customers and diagnose their challenges to match with Fleet Complete solutions set.
- Basic inbound lead qualification.
- Supporting the wider Sales & Marketing team on specific tasks when/as required and directed.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to drive overall sales results.
- Efficient & effective time management skills to ensure high quality timely delivery.
**Requirements & Experience**
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Demonstrate a strong comfort level in phone and virtual interaction.
- Excellent attention to detail and compliance.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Proven ability to effectively identify and resolve issues.
- Strong team orientation - ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Quick grasp of new concepts and knowledge.
- Must have a strong work ethic and dedication.
- Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is an advantage.
