This reputable manufacturing company based in the northern Adelaide suburbs, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service/Accounts Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month temporary assignment. With a strong reputation in the industry, this company is committed to excellence and innovation. As part of their team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to their success and gain valuable experience.

**Your new role**
- Managing customer enquiries within a portfolio of customer accounts
- Maintain high standards of customer delivery
- Coordinating accounts
- Work with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and deliver product in line with customer business needs
- Provide customers with real-time updates

**What you'll need to succeed**Demonstrate excellent customer service and rapport building
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues and identify solutions- Experience in using multiple IT systems- Previous experience within the manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
