As a Sales Representative / Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales activities within your assigned territory in Australia. You will work with incoming leads, complete plans and quotes, establish and maintain relationships with key customers, and achieve sales targets. You will also have the opportunity to travel to various field days, conferences and other events with the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in the territory.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Design and quote plans for custom solutions.
- Embark on exciting trips to attend field days and events across Australia and New Zealand, where you'll get to showcase our products.
- Be the driving force behind our CRM systems, keeping client records updated and interactions tracked.
- Be an administrative superstar that keeps organized and on track.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales and customer service particularly in the agriculture industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a knack for multitasking.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- A passion for agriculture and a willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sunshine Coast, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
