Joining our Client Support team (Afternoon Shift) who play a vital role within our Company being the first point of contact to ALL our customers. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service, effectively and efficiently addressing any technical support in a timely manner and has a passion with technology.

This is a full-time permanent role (supporting our WA Clients from Melbourne) where you will be involved in performing task that may include:

- Providing excellent customer support, including assisting with the configuration and troubleshooting of products.
- Pro-actively monitor the support ticketing management system and support in-box and respond to customer issues within agreed timeframes.
- Managing file and document transfer between Inlogik & Clients and remediate issues as required.
- Performing scheduled daily checks accurately and on time.
- Assisting with the management and troubleshoot day-to-day issues that arise with the delivery of Inlogik products to its customers.
- Investigating, reproduce and document issues report by clients
- Providing technical pre-sales, implementation and client management assistance to the Inlogik Sales Project and Account Managers.
- Deploying bespoke client deliverables to existing clients as requested.
- Actively participate and contribute to technology/process advancement in the Inlogik Group including review of product documentation/training material and provide feedback/recommendations for improvement to technical writers.
- Other tasks as required to assist with the QA & Testing and Development team.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in:

- Knowledge with web programming languages either HTML, CSS or other.
- Troubleshooting and problem - solving experience.
- Experience / knowledge in writing MS -SQL queries and interacting with databases.
- Understanding of monitoring tools.
- Understanding of business intelligence reporting.
- Have strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to describe technical concepts simply to non-technical people.
