Here you'll be the welcoming face for our clients and their beloved pets during times of critical need. We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented **Client Care Representative** to deliver exceptional service, support our veterinary teams, and ensure a smooth experience for clients and referring vets alike.

**About the Role**:
As a Client Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in managing front-of-house operations including client communication, administration, scheduling, and patient admissions/discharges. Your empathy, professionalism, and ability to stay calm under pressure will help provide comfort to pet owners and support to the clinical team during emergencies.

Please note this is a permanent part-time role with approximately 28hours per fortnight in an after-hours veterinary hospital.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate patient admissions and discharges, ensuring accurate records and communication
- Support invoicing, payments, and general administration
- Assist with promotional events and client follow-up communication
- Radiate empathy and care when liaising with clients
- Participate in team meetings and training initiatives

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or client service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- High emotional intelligence and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Animal handling experience is a plus
