Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.
About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Client Outcomes Lead to work within our Strategy and Risk division.
You will ultimately be responsible for the successful implementation of the client outcomes measurement tool.
Your Key Focus
- Develop a project plan and implement the client outcomes measurement tool (the tool) in Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- Develop, coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and implement a broader roll-out of the tool to understand client outcomes.
- Support stakeholders, including leaders and managers, in driving adoption of the tool.
- Development and provision of training in the use of the tool.
- Development of resources to assist with implementation.
- Monitor and report on the implementation.
- Communicate insights and impact ensuring data can be used to influence practice.
- Ensure on-time deliverables.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Provide advice to inform continuous implementation improvement.
What You Will Bring
- Experience and knowledge within the disability and/ or community sector
- Ability to think and work strategically and collaboratively
- Build positive relationships with stakeholder
- Exceptional influencing and relationship management skills
What We Look For
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in disability or community services, project management or related field relevant to the position.
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing multi-stakeholder projects or programs within the disability sector is essential.
- Exceptional influencing and relationship management skills including the ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships.
