**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Lead and motivate a team in the delivery of a high quality, client focussed service through setting priorities and direction, effective resource allocation, staff development and performance management
- Manage the delivery of quality services and support to Queensland Health by effectively and efficiently managing risks, budget, service levels, deadlines and outcomes.
- Provide expert advice in relation to Production Support activities to support Queensland Health's enterprise corporate solutions including SAP finance (S/4HANA), SAP HCM and Workbrain.
- Ensure that all aspects of the development and modification of the Queensland Health's enterprise corporate solutions are aligned with relevant ICT strategies, policies, standards and practices, and that existing and planned systems and IT infrastructure remain compatible.
- Represent Corporate Technology Services as required in communications, collaboration, negotiations and other interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present documents, reports and briefing papers that influence and contribute to decision-making processes within IT policy frameworks.

To be successful you will need the following key competencies including:

- Well-developed leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams with a strong focus on delivering quality services, maintaining a customer driven culture and meeting outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and consultation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers.
- Demonstrated experience in and exposure to project management activities including an understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.
- While not mandatory, professional and or tertiary level qualifications in areas such as information technology, business management or project management would be well regarded.
- Service delivery experience in a large, diverse and complex operating environment is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP ECC6, Workbrain and SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
