In the role of Product Manager you will be responsible for managing specialist Product teams that will deliver and support the products under the Customer Digital Identity Services Branch program of work, including the Digital Licence an Queensland Digital Identity. You will lead the Digital Operations team that manages the components that work together to deliver these products for the Queensland community.Some of your responsibilities will include: - Manage and develop the Queensland Digital Identity (QDI) Services Team to provide sustainable service support arrangements for the planned primary digital identity for Queensland. Provide high-level guidance and leadership to the support and management of the QDI ICT systems through the development and maintenance of appropriate frameworks and processes and participation on ICT governance groups. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across TMR, including the Managers and Subject Matter Experts within CSSR the divison and ITB other branches, with a view to enabling the development and delivery of whole-of-service lifecycle support. Function as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding customer organisational drivers and desired outcomes. Ensure that the centralised repositories for QDI service descriptions and agreements are managed and maintained, remaining current and fit-for-purpose.To be considered suitable for the role you will have: - Experience managing and leading high performing teams in large complex organisations. Experience engaging and influencing business leaders and technical audiences to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Strong working knowledge of IT service management principles and frameworks including ITIL, process tools (e.g. ServiceNow), frameworks, and best practice methods.
