**Sales Support Administrator**

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven administrator to support our client’s Sales and Warehousing teams at their offices and warehouse located in Croydon Park.
- The business operates in the automotive parts industry and is a well established and respected business supplying components throughout Australia.
- The Sales Support Administrator's responsibilities are varied and broad. You’ll be taking charge of the Sales Administration function and interacting with customers and your team mates throughout the day.**What you’ll be doing includes**:

- Processing of new customer enquiries & sales orders.
- Managing all sales order-related questions to ensure all customers receive a high level of service in a timely manner.
- Providing regular updates to customers on their orders and deliveries.
- Managing the ordering system information, including proactively contacting customers to ensure information is correct.
- General office administration duties that include
- Monthly reporting on key areas of the sales management function
- Maintaining sales documentation,
- Communication with freight suppliers and coordination of freight documentation
- Supporting the wider team and other general duties as required to ensure customers are happy and receive the best service.

**Here’s what we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a Sales Administrator or similar role. This may not necessarily be in the automotive industry though **y**_ou will need to understand how a good sales system operates_**_. If all things auto are your thing, you may find this an interesting role and opportunity._
- A proven ability to build relationships with customers, fellow work colleagues, and management. _This is a people based role, and it’s important you enjoy working with others._
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work to good time management and organisational levels. _Do you love processes and making sure things are done properly? _
- Flexibility and able to “think on your feet” _No two days are the same. That’s where the variety comes in. _
- Experience working with MYOB or similar sales/accounting systems.
- Good communication skills; i.e being able to communicate clearly and confidently, while always upholding the company’s service standards.
