Internal Sales Administration Officer

STAIRLOCK are one of Australia's largest staircase companies.
We make, supply, and install a wide range of staircases and stair parts throughout Australia. STAIRLOCK is a family-owned business that has been in the staircase industry for over 30 years. We have state of the art machinery in our purpose-built manufacturing plant in South Australia and sales and operations teams located in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide.
We are looking for a Sales Administration Officer to working within our small team located at Croydon, Victoria. You will be working with the Victorian State Manager and our Victorian Sales Representatives to support our growth across Melbourne. Your typical day will involve communicating with our customers (residential builders), providing customer service, undertaking data entry, and following up quotes. On the job training and support will be provided by our sales admin team located in both Croydon and Adelaide, so you will have the backup and support needed to succeed in this role.
